Outlook 2010 winmail.dat attachment
When sending an email with a pdf or some other attachment – the reecipient receive this attachment as a winmail.dat file.

Sony Vaio Battery Issue
Lots of Sony Vaio laptops have a problem when you try to replace the original battery with a non-Sony branded battery.
The system will not allow you to login to your desktop saying ‘the battery installed is not working properly’ or ‘the battery is not compatible with this system’.
The problem is an installed file that loads on startup.
Sony battery light constantly flashing usually indicates a faulty battery. The origins of dead batteries or ones that do not hold a charge are commonly because the charger is constantly left plugged in.
A laptop can and ideally should have the battery removed if it is acting as a desktop replacement – i.e. plugged in all the time.
